I bring more than 20 years of experience building innovative language-centric user experiences that unlock the power of AI to improve people’s lives.
I’m focused on driving the use of LLMs and Generative AI to deliver solutions that were previously thought impossible. My combination of deep customer understanding and strong technical background makes me uniquely qualified to delight users and drive business impact.
I’ve made significant contributions to iconic conversational experiences such as Amazon’s Alexa and Alexa+, Microsoft’s Kinect and Ford SYNC, and Tellme Networks, demonstrating both thought leadership and a high bar for design excellence at the detail level.
